The charity's main problems were the speed, resilience and reliability of their existing solution, which was a 7Mbps ADSL operating at around 2-3Mbps. The network was consistently either slow or regularly disconnecting. They also experienced problems with connection to the London office and the use of remote desktop PCs and email.
- Switch the organisation to Zen Internet
- Establish what the BT issues are, on the existing line, with Zen's technical support
- Upgrade to 16mbps services
In partnership with Zen, Flair 4 IT provided Wallace & Gromit's Grand Appeal with a connectivity solution allowing it to effectively communicate via the internet. This is crucial as a considerable amount of the charity's fundraising is done via email and it's website.
